We Love Lucy!!!
No, she's not an alpaca, but she is a much loved member of our family. Meet Lucy, our 5 year old black Labrador Retriever. Lucy is in constant motion - she is a TRUE retriever in every sense of the word! Whether you are throwing her wiffle ball, a soft frisbee, her favorite stuffed orange orangutan or just a plain old stick, she will be happy to tease you into getting out of your chair to play. The only phrase she seems to have trouble understanding is "NO MORE" but when she looks at us with those big brown eyes - well, ok, maybe just one more time!
Lucy has met the alpacas on a number of occasions. While not a herding dog, she was fascinated with the large moving creatures that didn't want to play. Hopefully, as the years go by, Lucy and our alpacas will become good buddies.
